1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.

A purchase of any kind will not increase a person's chance of winning. 4all by joft Presents – the $500 Active Lifestyle Wardrobe Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, except residents of the states of Hawaii and Alaska, age 18 years or older, except employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related)) of Jofit LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, judges, advertising and promotion agencies and related entities (collectively, with the Sponsors, "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void wherever prohibited by law and in Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Louisiana. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules ("Official Rules").

2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR:

3. TIMING:

From 12:00:00p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 30, 2012 through 11:59:59p.m. ET on February 13, 2012 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

Sponsor will conduct a national Sweepstakes promoting 4all by jofit's sponsorship of the Active Lifestyle Wardrobe Sweepstakes and encouraging entrants to enter for a chance to win $500 in apparel at 4allbyjofit.com. To enter, during the Entry Period, an entrant must either: (i) log on to the 4allbyjofit website, located at www.4allbyjofit.com/lifestyle, the entry period, click on the Sweepstakes link, and complete and submit the online entry form, including his/her name, address, telephone number (including the area code), e-mail address (if any), and date of birth; or (ii) [we recommend allowing mail-in entries to make the Sweepstakes available to those who may not have access to a computer]. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, undelivered, technical or delayed transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's' control that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit: one (1) entry per person or e-mail address (regardless of method of entry), per twenty-four (24) hour period.

5. HOW TO WIN:

One (1) potential grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be randomly chosen by a representative of the Sponsor on or around February 15, 2012 from a drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements , including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor.

6. PRIZES:

One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a promotional code worth $500 off a purchase to be used on www.4allbyjofit.com. Total amount must be used in one purchase and within one month of receiving the promotion code. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted except at Sponsor’s option, including Sponsor’s right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.

7.DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: 

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 2 days from the aggregate of all eligible entries received. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by 4all by jofit whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. 4all by jofit will notify the Winners via email and request a U.S. mailing address for mailing of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and substitute W-9 form for execution by the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the Winner fails to provide his/her mailing address by reply email within 72 hours of notification, an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Winner will be required to sign and return by mail within 14 days of receipt the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and substitute W-9 form (including Social Security number) provided by 4all by jofit. If the Winner fails to return these forms within the time required, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Prize will be sent to the e-mail provided by the Winner. 8. Liability Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of each, shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by Winners for any damage, loss, or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the promotion. Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of each, are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor reasonably believes to have tampered with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion, or who is found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is intended and limited for play in the United States and Canada and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.

9. WINNERS LIST

Winner’s first name, last initial and home city/state will be posted on 4all by jofit's website in the News section after the Winner has been notified and their eligibility confirmed.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

12. DISPUTES:

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court, the appropriate Pennsylvania State Court located in Indiana, Pennsylvania; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses , and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 14. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS:

For a list of winners and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to 4all Active Lifestyle Wardrobe Sweepstakes, c/o Jofit LLC, 1957 Pioneer Rd, Bldg H, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19002.
